XSR: DIE! at the Eisemann Center thru January 20th and then a run at MCL Grand Theater in Lewisville from January 26th thru January 29th. The Living Black & White™ play revolves around the sleuthing skills (or lack there of) of Kurt Kleinmann’s iconic Harry Hunsacker and his loyal assistant Nigel Grouse (Ben Bryant). Next Tuesday evening at the Winspear Opera House a special event will bring together some of Dallas’ finest artists to remember and reflect on the AIDS pandemic. PSD was kindly invited to the show’s first rehearsal and we wanted to share with you some of the shots from behind the scenes of this amazing show.
I do believe its been well documented that most people hear either Morgan Freeman or Jeff Bridges as the voice in their head. I was like most of you in this wonderful adulation of such fine voices, but the Titus and the amazing Winspear Opera House of the ATTPAC have given me a whole new perspective. As of last night, Brian Stokes Mitchell has become my new voice that accompanies my crazy thoughts and hopes. Brian was absolutely electric last night!
I didn’t realize that when COMMAND PERFORMANCE says it’s bringing together 10 of the world’s greatest dance stars that they really meant it! Easily one of the most captivating and stunning evenings at the beautiful Winspear Opera House.

This past Wednesday evening, Ocean expert Jean-Michel Cousteau celebrated his father’s legacy and showcased the beauty of our oceans. A packed Winspear crowd listened to stories of the Cousteau family and learned that our oceans still need our help. Also we’ll preview Saturday’s showcase of the Grammy Award winning group, The Chieftains.
