The First Grader is a film that highlights the amazing ability that education can have on any group of people. In this case an octogenarian helps change the views and opinions of his homeland of Kenya. PSD held an Exclusive Interview with Director Justin Chadwick about his moving film. Justin talked about how the film took a drastic change after he’d visited Kenya and met the ‘First Grader’.
Justin talked about how two film festivals in particular really showcased the depth and beauty behind his wonderful film.
The film opened up in LA and New York this past Friday May 13th. It opens up tomorrow in these theaters.
